Fees for services:

Discounted Self Pay Rates-No Insurance Coverage

  • Initial in-home consultation - $225.00 (60-90 minutes)

  • Initial in-home twin consultation - $275.00 (90-120 minutes)

  • Follow up consultation in home- $190.00

  • Follow-up twin consultation - $230.00 (45-60 minutes)

  • Office initial consultation-$190.00

  • Office follow-up consultation - $155.00 (45-60 minutes)

  • Office Twin follow up-$235.00

  • Tele-health option during business hours- $65 (30-45 minutes)

  • Tele-health option after hours - $85 (30-45 minutes)

    • These visits are for follow-up and for minor needs that do not require hands on assistance

  • Basic weight check with shortened custom consult- in office-10-20 min total visit-$40 (for established patients only)

  • Weighted Feed only with shortened custom consult-in office- 30-45 min total visit- $80 (for established patients only

  • After hours are available for 20% premium. This includes after 5:00 pm and weekends. This cannot be billed to insurance and will be self pay

  • Travel fees are also not billable to insurance
