Insurance and Payments
The Affordable Care Act requires that all insurance plans cover preventive services including breastfeeding education and support. To better understand your coverage under the health care law, go to National Women's Law Center. I will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company but am not able to negotiate for you with your company.

Fees for services:
All in home consultations incur a $25 weekly travel charge for 25 miles or less from Mooresville, IN and $35 weekly for 26-45 miles from Mooresville, IN. This fee is not billable to insurance. Credit card required to be on file and billed on Sunday for the week of scheduled visits. Non-refundable for cancelled visits.
After hours are available for 20% premium. This includes after 5:00 pm and weekends.
Initial in home consultation - $225.00 (90 minutes)
Initial office consultation - $200.00 (90 minutes)
Initial in home consultation (twins) - $250.00
Initial office consultation (twins) - $200.00
In home follow-up consultation - $190.00 (45-60 minutes)
Office follow-up consultation - $175.00 (45-60 minutes)
Tele-health option during business hours- $75 (30-45 minutes)
Tele-health option after hours - $90 (30-45 minutes)
These visits are for follow-up and minor needs that do not require hands on assistance
