Insurance and Payments
The Affordable Care Act requires that all insurance plans cover preventive services including breastfeeding education and support. To better understand your coverage under the health care law, go to National Women's Law Center. I will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company but am not able to negotiate for you with your company.

Fees for services:
After hours are available for 20% premium. This includes after 5:00 pm and weekends.
Initial in-home consultation - $225.00 (60-90 minutes)
Initial in-home twin consultation - $275.00 (90-120 minutes)
Follow up consultation in home- $190.00
Follow-up twin consultation - $230.00 (45-60 minutes)
Office initial consultation-$190.00
Office follow-up consultation - $155.00 (45-60 minutes)
Office Twin follow up-$235.00
Tele-health option during business hours- $65 (30-45 minutes)
Tele-health option after hours - $85 (30-45 minutes)
These visits are for follow-up and for minor needs that do not require hands on assistance
Basic weight check with shortened custom consult- in office-10-20 min total visit-$40 (for established patients only)
Weighted Feed only with shortened custom consult-in office- 30-45 min total visit- $80 (for established patients only)
